The average roofing job costs around $12,000. Many times damaged roofing is spotted from underneath the roof decking or by a buildup of asphalt granules in gutters.
Attic
It's about $7,000 to remove and install new insulation. By crawling in the hard to get into spaces conditions are found that homeowners are unaware of.
